I was recently asked by Wendy, over ar Cooking Quinoa, to come up with a quinoa based entree as part of a guest post. This was my first ever guest post, and I loved it. It was such a blast to do!
For the recipe contribution, I made one of my all-time favourite street foods, falafel. Falafel is such a wonderfully delicious and versatile dish, lending itself to most all dietary needs. We served ours in lettuce wraps, and as part of a salad bowl, but they can also be eaten wrapped in a tradional flat bread. Delicious any way you serve them!
