Wow, week number two of raw food Wednesdays is already here! This week I’m sharing a simple and fluffy Chia Berry Mousse, a non-fuss Marinated Garden Salad, and a mouthwatering Sunseed Almond Burger.
Chia pudding is easily transformed from a tapioca consistency into a luscious and airy Chia Mousse with just a few whirls of the blender. I used strawberries in this recipe, but feel free to use any local berries, mango, or even banana to add flavour and natural sweetness.
