Beet Cauliflower Smoothie

A not-too-veggie tasting cauliflower smoothie, this one is filled with plenty of vegetables (kale, beet, cauliflower, and zucchini) but it tastes like fruit!

Equipment

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • High powered blender

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Frozen Cauliflower Florets Raw
  • ¼ Cup Frozen Zucchini Raw
  • ¼ cup frozen kale or spinach
  • 1 small beet peeled and chopped
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 ½ - 3 Cups Almond Milk
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts
  • A Scoop of Greens or Protein Powder optional

Instructions

  • Puree all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. You may want to add a little more or less milk depending on your thickness preference.
    ¼ Cup Frozen Cauliflower Florets, ¼ Cup Frozen Zucchini, ¼ cup frozen kale or spinach, 1 small beet, 1 Frozen Banana, 1 Cup Raspberries, 2 ½ - 3 Cups Almond Milk, ¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts, A Scoop of Greens or Protein Powder
  • Garnish with hemp hearts, chia, or your favourite smoothie toppers.
