Beet Cauliflower Smoothie
A not-too-veggie tasting cauliflower smoothie, this one is filled with plenty of vegetables (kale, beet, cauliflower, and zucchini) but it tastes like fruit!

Servings: 2 - 4 people
- ¼ Cup Frozen Cauliflower Florets Raw
- ¼ Cup Frozen Zucchini Raw
- ¼ cup frozen kale or spinach
- 1 small beet peeled and chopped
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
- 2 ½ - 3 Cups Almond Milk
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts
- A Scoop of Greens or Protein Powder optional
Puree all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. You may want to add a little more or less milk depending on your thickness preference.
