2cupsripe strawberriesroughly chopped and stems removed
1teaspoonlemon or lime juice
1cupwater
1-2teaspoonmaple syrup*if needed
Instructions
Add the strawberries, lemon juice, water, and maple syrup (if using) to a small food processor or immersion blender mixing cup.
2 cups ripe strawberries, 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice, 1 cup water, 1-2 teaspoon maple syrup*
Blend on high speed until very smooth. Strain through a nut milk bag into a jar or other container and serve immediately or refrigerate for later. This will keep for up to 4 days in the fridge.
Notes
* Depends on the berries— I like maple syrup but try honey or agave. You can use sugar but it won't dissolve as easily.
