Sweet Cherry Smoothie

Make a vegan version of the viral Erewhon sweet cherry smoothie at home for a fraction of the price! With cherries, pineapple, and avocado.

Equipment

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Blender

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plant milk
  • ½ cup tart cherry juice
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ frozen avocado
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup to taste
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt

To Decorate

  • Coconut yogurt for the glass
  • Pitaya, acai, or strawberry powder optional

Instructions

  • Start by using a spoon to paint a little coconut yogurt on the inside of a glass (this is optional). Sprinkle some fruit powder into the glass so that it sticks to the yogurt. Set aside.

  • Add the milk, juice, cherries, pineapple, avocado, maple syrup, and yogurt to a blender. Mix on high speed until very smooth.
    ½ cup plant milk, ½ cup tart cherry juice, 1 cup frozen cherries, ½ cup frozen pineapple, ½ frozen avocado, 2 teaspoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • Pour the smoothie into the decorated glass. Top with a little more yogurt and fruit powder and serve immediately.
