Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
  • 4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Ashwaganda
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients together. Mix 1 teaspoon powder to 1 cup milk, heat and serve. Sweeten with maple syrup or honey if desired.
