Calming Chamomile Latte

Calming Chamomile Latte for anxiety. Vegan and made using herbs from Wooden Spoon Herbs, this caffeine free latte will calm your nerves.

Equipment

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Saucepan
  • Blender
  • Sieve
  • Whisk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plant-based Milk unsweetened
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Chamomile or 1 tea bag
  • 2 teaspoons Honey or maple syrup to be vegan
  • 2 teaspoons MCT oil or Coconut Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 12 drops Anxiety Ally tincture optional but amazing!

Instructions

  • Bring the milk and water to the boil, add chamomile and remove it from the heat.
    1 cup Plant-based Milk, 1 cup Water, 1 tablespoon Dried Chamomile
  • Let steep for five minutes.
  • Strain the tea into a blender with the honey (or maple syrup), oil, tincture, cinnamon and ginger.
    2 teaspoons Honey, 2 teaspoons MCT oil or Coconut Oil, ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon, 1 pinch ground ginger, 12 drops Anxiety Ally tincture
  • Puree until frothy with a whisk or in a blender. Divide among 2 mugs and garnish with a pinch more cinnamon.
