Chocolate Hemp Smoothie

This chocolate hemp smoothie is rich and high in protein. Add mint, peanut butter, mushrooms, or coffee for different flavour variations.

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 - 1 ½ cups non-dairy milk
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 pinch sea salt optional

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until very smooth. For a thinner smoothie, use the full 1 ½ cups of milk. Serve immediately.
