Strawberry Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

This strawberry banana peanut butter smoothie is packed with berries, banana, and salty peanut butter! It makes the best quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch salt if peanut butter isn't salted

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix on high speed until very smooth.
    1 cup non-dairy milk, 1 cup frozen strawberries, ½ frozen banana, 2 teaspoons peanut butter, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, Pinch cinnamon, Pinch salt
  • Add a dollop of yogurt to the bottom of a glass and pour the smoothie into the glass. Top with extra peanut butter and serve immediately.
