Vegan Garlic Bread
Vegan garlic bread, made with a mix of olive oil and butter for the perfect spread, is the ideal side for any soup or pasta dish. Parsley and plenty of garlic round it out for easy homemade garlic toast.

Servings: 4 people
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
- 1 tablespoon fruity olive oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- ½ loaf French bread or baguette about 150g
- Pinch flaky sea salt
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
Add the butter, olive oil, garlic, and parsley to a bowl. Mix until fully combined.

Halve the bread lengthwise, then spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread. Top with a sprinkle of salt.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden, and serve immediately with vegan kale pesto pasta or roasted tomato soup.
